We had 5 of PIE in system and I did my purchase and back to Amarr Theology council station, undisturbed. So, no, Concord will never prevent me from shopping or amusing myself when I wish, where I wish and under whatever circunstances. I hope they delivered your purchase of Do Continue, Medibot for you, you'd have had trouble moving it around in your pod. And of course PIE didn't shoot at you. We're not at war with you yet.
